Human circulatory system.

Human circulatory system also called the blood vascular consists of the muscular chambered heart, a network of closed branching blood vessel ans blood, the fluid which is circulated.
Heart the mesodermally derived organ is situated in thoracic cavity in between the two lungs slightly titled to the left. it has the site of clenched fist. it is protected by a double walled membranous bag, Pericardium, enclosing the pericardial fluid. Our heart has a four chambers called atria and two larger chambers. The opening between the artium and right ventricles is formed by a muscular claps and flaps. The opening of the right and left ventricles in to the pulmonary artery of the aorta respectively are provide in to semilunar values.

Digestive glands

Digestive glands The digestive glands associated with the alimentary canal include the salivary glands the liver and the pancreas. Saliva is the mainly produced by three pair of salivary glands. the parotids. the largest gland of the body weighting an adult human. It is stimulated abdominal cavity. The hepatic lobules are the structural and functional unit of liver containing hepatic cell arranged the form of the cords. Each lobule is covered with a connective tissue sheath called the glisson capsule. The duct of gall bladder along with hepatic duct form the liver.      The bile duct and the pancreatic duct open together in to duodenum as the common hepato-pancreatic duct which has guarded by a sphincter called sphincter of Oddi. the pancreas is a compound elongated organ situated between the limbs U shaped dueodenum.

Biological Classification.

since the dawn of civilization their have been many attempts to classify living organism.it was done instinctively not using criteria that were scientific but borne out of a need to use organism for our use for food, shelter and clothing.Aristotle was the earliest to attempt more scientific basis for classification. He used simple morphological characters to classify plants in to trees, shrubs and herbs. He also divided animals in to two groups, those which had red blood and those that it did not. In Linnaeus time a TWO KINGDOM System of classification with PLANTAE and ANIMALIA kingdom was developed that included all plants and animals respectively. This wsas used till very recently. This system did not distinguish between the eukaryotes and prokaryotes, unicellular and multicellular organism and photosynthetic and non photosynthetic organism.Classification of organism into plants and animals was easily done to understand, inspite, a large number of the organism did not fall to either ca...

Digestion and absorption.

Digestion and absorption. Food is the one of the organic basic requirements of all living organisms. The major components of our food carbohydrate, proteins and fats. Vitamins and minerals are also required in small quantities.Food provide energy and organic materials for growth and repair of tissues. The water we take in plays and important role in metabolic process and also prevents dehydration of the body. This process conservation of complex food substances to simple absorbable forms is called digestion and is carried out by our digestive system by mechanical and biochemical methods. Digestive system The human digestive system consists of the alimentary canal and associated glands. Alimentary canal The alimentary canal begins with an anterior opening the mouth and it open out posteriorly through the anus. The mouths leads to the buccal cavity or oral cavity. The oral cavity has a number of teeth and muscular tongue. Each type of attachment is called thecodont.   T...
